Usage method
1. Place the dough mixer in a stable working area at all four corners and clean the machine. Plug in the power, press the switch to start the motor, run the machine empty first, check if the transmission system is normal, and reliably ground the machine casing.
2. Apply a small amount of cooking oil to the dough hopper and mixer to prevent the dough from sticking.
3. After everything is normal, you can mix the dough. First, pour in flour and add water in proportion. While turning on the machine, add water at the same time. The ratio of flour to water is generally 10:3. If the dough is hard, slowly add water halfway. If the dough rotates with the mixer, sprinkle some dry flour along the edge of the dough hopper. When starting to mix, in order to prevent flour from spilling on the ground, the machine cover should be covered. When the flour turns into dough, the machine cover should be opened to prevent the dough from squeezing and deforming the machine.
4. Generally, stir for 3-5 minutes until the dough is well mixed. Turn off the power and flip the dough bucket 90 degrees in front of the machine for manual noodle picking. 5. After the meeting, promptly carry out cleaning and maintenance work.
